What gifts, big or small, are you hoping to find under your tree this year?
Sponsored by Best Buy.An iPod Classic 6th Generation 120GB, because somehow, I am disappointed with my old-new-old 3rd gen nano. Don't let me get started on it. I haven't cried for it yet.
Since classes started last June, I have been pulling some crazy all-nighters just so I could finish the things I need to do for school: required readings, reportings and papers. It's taking a toll on my body, and my face is proof.
Just the other day a friend told me I have been staying up too much that I've been having pretty bad eye bags. Ugh. I need a new pair of sunglasses. A good one that has UV protection because I don't want only to protect my eyes from the glare of the sun (and the world!), I want something fashionable too. I want a new pair of aviators or any square-shaped ones will do.
I also need a break from all the school work. I need to shop. I miss shopping online. I have no time AND money to do that anymore.
I think what we need right now is a family vacation. Somewhere far, like Europe. My family deserves a break from this life we are living. The concrete jungles of Metro Manila is making us tired, we're not even aware of it.
I think a good place to go to is somewhere on the seaside. It would be nice to spend a week some coastal town and see how the locals live there. Brighton nightlife wouldn't be as boring as you'd think considering it may be located in the Brighton pier. My brothers and I would still like it there and would still probably enjoy. In fact, we'd probably be at home and feel like we're living the Bournemouth student life. Of course we'd better look for cheap Aberdeen hotels if we want to make our stay a bit more enjoyable and less expensive than it already is.
While
there, I'd like to visit the Aberdeen University and see their library.
This is just because I want to know how big their library is, and I'm
hoping to see books on Humanities. :D Exposure to Aberdeen highlife is
essential because it would make our stay worthwhile. For a change, I
just don't want to go visit a place, see the sights and just relax. I
want to learn about its history, how it came to be, how it was back
then and how it is as I see it first hand.
Now the same goes to Brighton, and if we are going there, we need to look for cheap Brighton hotels. Searching for cheap Plymouth hotels should also be considered if you are planning to visit there as well. Going to Bristol? Look for cheap Bristol hotels. Cheap Bournemouth hotels
are easy to find if you know where to look. It all just depends on
finding the right hotel accommodations on the right vacation spot.

I can't believe there are places in this world where kids want to go to school.
This Vox blog is not empty. Almost everything's set on private because I am being stalked online, that's why I'm making all posts viewable only by neighborhood, friends and family.
You see, I wasn't safe in my own blog, and in friendster and then I'm being harassed in multiply & ym, so I'm not taking any chances in my vox account.
I don't want to create new accounts that I've been keeping for years, I'm just letting the stalking thing die a natural death.
Anyway, other than the creepiness of the situation, feel free to add me to your neighborhood or something :)
I haven't the foggiest how long I've been keeping a journal, but I remember the fact that I've been "blogging" (or keeping an online journal) since 2003. From Xanga to Blogger to Livejournal, I've done it all. But come 2006 I've let go of those sites and concentrated on three blogs - all personal... Wordpress, Multiply and this one, Vox. I don't know why, I keep three blogs at the same time, but I do enjoy keeping them, and reading the stuff I wrote a few months later.
Now I've been a good girl and I update these blogs regularly, and since I do that, why not try to make some extra money along the way? I most certainly need it anyway. How wonderful is it, that bloggerwave is there to help solve my problems? Just by joining the site I have the opportunity to earn while blogging. Extremely wonderful. I love the idea of it. Can't wait to write for them! :)
I remember back in high school, there wasn't a day when I don't beg for my parents to get me a cellphone. A lot of crying is involved, if I remember correctly. When I was finally given a cellphone, bam! My allowance money got hurt. :))
Why, you ask? I keep on spending too much money on buying prepaid credits - too much texting and downloading. Now if only I had known there's a place where I can get Free Ringtones...I would've saved money.
There are so many things to choose from and they are free download! Of course it depends on your phone, but you can get Polyphonic Ringtones if you want, and if you are a party person and would want your cellphone's ringtone match your style, you could get some Hip Hop Ringtones or even some cool Dance Ringtones.
Whichever style you want, it's there, and it's for free. I for one like checking it out. :)
She dreams of a place where she could rest, and as she looks at the map in her hands, she could see where her destination lies: in Spain.
Barcelona is where she should head out first, to watch the Three Kings parade and to see Gaudi's architecture. She should then head to Malaga for the Picasso museum and don't forget Palma to see Drach Caves.
Accommodation in any of these places is not a problem: there are hotels in Spain that are near to the tourist spots. Barcelona hotels offer cheap accommodation and if she ever decides to head to see the Drach Caves, there will be hotels in Palma that will cater to her needs.
Over a million iPhones have been sold. Have you: bought one, considered it, or decided it's not for you?
The iPhone looks really great. I just love apple products, but I don't think I'd buy an iPhone just yet. The iPhone is Apple's first crack at making cell phones and I've heard there are so many bugs and defects with some people's units. I want to get one, but I'll probably wait until like the second or third generation iPhone comes out before I buy one.
